    You can recharge any amount which your mobile operator is currently offering.

 
  Will I get the same talk-time validity as I would at the local retailer?
    You will get the same talk-time and validity as you would get at your local retailer.

 
  Can I know what is the talk-time and validity that I will get before I do the recharge?
    Currently, there is no way of knowing the talk-time and validity at the bank ATMs or Internet Banking before you do the recharge. You can however, check the same with the mobile operator call centre

 
  Can I try more than 1 recharge transaction in a day?
   
You can try more than 1 transaction in a day, but there is a frequency limit of 1 transaction per hour. So, if you do more than 1 transaction in an hour, the remaining transactions are rejected with the narration as “frequency error”

 
  How long does it take for me to a top-up?
   
Typically, your mobile will get topped-up in less than 5 seconds. In the case of an ATM recharge, the recharge is done within 15-20 seconds at most, and beyond this, your money is credited back to your account. In the case of SMS and Internet, due to network congestion, it might take upto 2 hours. In case, your mobile is not topped-up due to any reason, and the money is debited to your account, the amount would be credited back within 3-4 working days.

 
  Can I register my mobile phone with more than 1 bank?
    Yes, you can register with more than 1 bank. At the time of recharging, you need to send the SMS to the short code of the bank through which you want to recharge.

 
  Can I register more than 1 mobile number through the same card?
   
Yes, you can register more than 1 mobile number. But you can only recharge using the mobile phone which has been registered. So, third party top-up is not allowed through SMS top-up.

 
  Is registration a pre-requisite for electronic recharge?
   
Registration is required only for top-up through SMS. For ATM and Internet Banking based recharge, you need not register. You can register any mobile number using ATM and Internet Banking modes of recharge.

 
  Is there a charge for using this facility?
   
This facility comes absolutely free of charge and the banks do not charge any amount for using this facility. However, in the case of SMS based recharging, you might incur the cost of sending the SMS.

 
  How can I recharge when I am on roaming?
   
You can simply visit any member bank ATM and enter the mobile number to be recharged. The system automatically recharges the mobile with the corresponding talk-time and validity your mobile circle. Alternately, you can also recharge through Internet Banking or SMS

 
  How can I recharge while I am traveling abroad?
   
You cannot use the ATM mode of recharge when you are out of India. You can either use the SMS mode (if your mobile operator supports the SMS service in the country you are in) or through Internet Banking. In the case of SMS recharge, you might have to bear the cost of the SMS on International roaming.

 
  I have done a top-up transaction but not received any talk-time and my account has also been debited. Who should I contact?
   
If your top-up has not been successful in the case of an ATM based transaction, you can register a complaint either with your bank or mobile operator immediately. In case of SMS or Internet based recharge, pl wait for 3-4 working days for your amount to be credited back into your account. If the credit has not happened till 3-4 days, you can contact either your bank or mobile operator and register a complaint.

 
  I entered the wrong mobile number during ATM/ Internet based recharging and my account has been debited for the same. How do I get the amount back?
   
In case the mobile number entered by you was a valid number, that number would have got topped-up and you cannot get the amount refunded. We request you to ensure that you enter the correct mobile number. In case the number entered by you was not a valid number at all, you will get the credit within 3-4 working days.
