Online Dispute Management System
 
In order to facilitate convenient and speedy resolution of any customer disputes, all member banks have access to the Online Dispute Management System.

Using this DMS, banks can raise chargebacks and representments and can also keep a track of all pending issues.

Banks can also have access to various transaction reports for Issuing and Acquiring transactions by banks, type of transaction date, etc.

In order to ensure secure access to confidential client data, access to this system is given only through IP access and not through the Internet.
